Wooooo! I just signed up for an 8 week crossfit bootcamp in my town moahaha. I have been wanting to do this bootcamp since early this spring but I've had so many work trips booked that I would have missed like 5 of 16 sessions = not worth the money. But now October and November are completely free and they just announced another one so I couldn't help myself.
One step closer to becoming best friends with my favorite Icelandic woman who shares my name heheh (Katrin Davisdottir). Creepy stalker warning.
Anyway, this is going to be a great way for me to strengthen my body so it might be able to handle running a little better. Crossfit is great for overall fitness and I really do need that.
