You change your life one changed thought at a time.

The quality of the thoughts we think determines the quality of our relationships and our entire lives. If we are struggling and our lives/relationships aren’t what we want them to be, most likely it’s because the quality of our thoughts is lacking.

I want to offer you a little library of high-quality thoughts for you to try on and use as you please. Some of them might be a little uncomfortable at first, your brain will want to argue with some of them, and you might not believe them all right away. But with some time, patience, and determination, these thoughts can become your reality.

What you search for you will find, and if you commit to searching for evidence that these high-quality thoughts are true, you will find it.

High-quality thoughts to think:

Everything is as it should be.

Because what is the upside of thinking anything else? This thought doesn’t dictate what could be true tomorrow and it doesn’t take away your agency to change things, it just accepts the way things are right now and doesn’t make it a problem.

Everything happens for me.

It was meant to happen the way it did.

When I argue with reality, I lose 100% of the time.

I am exactly as I should be in this moment.

Everything happens right on time.

What is meant to happen will happen.

But you still need to take action towards what you want.

The Universe doesn’t make mistakes.

I am not my mind—I am the Watcher of my mind.

Love is always an option.

Unconditional love is something I do for myself, not for others.

I’m responsible for everything I think and feel.

No one can cause an emotion inside me.

The human experience will always be 50/50 good and bad.

Feelings are not problems to be solved but experiences to be had.

I can’t police my mind, but I can manage it.

The quality of my relationships is determined by the quality of my thoughts.

I’m responsible for everything I think and feel.

People are allowed to behave the way they want—I am allowed to react the way I want.

There’s nothing I can do that wouldn’t be worthy of forgiveness.

There’s nothing wrong with me.

I am enough.

Nothing has gone wrong here.

This is one of my favorites. If you stop making yourself or the world wrong and just observe it as it is… how would that be different?

My purpose is the life I am living now.

I am deeply loved.

The world longs for what I have to offer.

There’s nothing I truly want that I can’t have.

Hard work feels amazing.

I can do hard things.

Suffering is sometimes familiar, but not necessary.

Worry pretends to be useful, but it’s not.

Relationships are easy.

There’s plenty of time.

I could do twice as much as I’m currently doing.

Everything I do is a choice.

My past is perfect.

There’s nothing they can do to make me happy—that’s my job.

What I do doesn’t make me happy—what I think does.

What I look for, I will find.

I can feel any emotion without fear.

What others think of me (good and bad) is about them, not me.

Wanting someone to love me to feel love is like wanting someone to eat for me to feel full.

If your brain argues with some of these thoughts, that’s normal. I encourage you to be curious about it and ask yourself “what’s the upside of arguing with this thought?” and “what would my life be like/who would I be in my life if I believed this thought?”
